Permanent outdoor lighting is an architectural-grade LED system installed under soffits and eaves that stays mounted year-round, used for curb appeal, security, and holiday displays via colour-change app control. Holiday lighting is a seasonal installation using commercial-grade C9 bulbs fitted to rooflines and landscaping for the Christmas period, then professionally removed and stored.
